Customs says Danny had too much

On February 10, 2013 officer attended at Canada Customs at 125 Huron Street regarding an alleged impaired driver.
 
The accused Daniel William Chartrand, age 48 of 540 Frontenac Street, apartment # 5, failed to provide a sample of his breath on two different screening devices and subsequently was charged with failing to provide a breath sample. 
 
The accused will appear in court on March 11, 2013, at 9 a.m.

I was behind this guy in the customs line up.. Dangerous drivers out there..

Most of the dangerous drivers, and there are a lot of them, are sober, talking on phones, texting, and many are running red lights. These people far out weigh the drunk driver.
