Call CAS...if your really concerned for the children...every fathers right, and responsibility.

That's absurd. Do you even listen to yourself when you say anything?

The victim received a DEATH THREAT phone call, and he feared for the well being of his life and the life of his children. Your advice is to call CAS, rather than the police is moronic, and wouldn't have produced any results.

The victim did exactly as he should have -- called the police.
