Male faces charges relating to domestic incident

On February 7, 2013 officers from Investigation Services attended at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Center and arrested a male for breaching a court order and breach of probation.
The court order had a condition restricting the accused from contacting and communicating with the victim.
The accused was also on probation with a condition not to communicate directly or indirectly with the victim.
The accused will appear in bail court February 8, 2013 at 10:00am.
