People like him need harsher sentences so that it sinks in NOT TO DRINK AND DRIVE !

Took 3 months, and probably 8 officers spending countless hours of overtime to determine that charging a drunk driver with the right course of action.

Yes I agree it took long enough. And Personally I suspect that that's because it would have been covered up, if so many people weren't aware of the facts....and so many witnesses weren't in the other vehicle.

Even sootoday tried to cover up the facts by blocking all responses when people "in the know" started expressing their complaints and the facts as they happened on here.
The comments were there...then they weren't anymore......Apparently judged to be too risky for people wth any intelligence to see and filter out for themselves what went on.....So everything was hidden except what was reported initialy...Way to go sootoday.....coming from a site that's so fast to name names before people are actually found to be guilty.

But we all know that in the end, this article is for show, and he'll get off with a wrist slap at best

Perhaps the comments were deleted in order to not jeopardize an ongoing investigation.....

moem--don't think so.....having family on the force helps...finally he got caught before he killed someone.....maybe this is a lesson

Hey Folks.

Moem was right, we pulled comments because we wanted justice done and couldn't let rumours and conjecture and names etc. etc. to be posted that could possibly compromise the investigation.
