Peter goes shopping, allegedly forgets to pay

33 year old Peter Allen Miller of 346 Albert St. West was arrested and charged with theft under $5000, possession of stolen property and breach of probation.
It is alleged that he attended at the Wal-Mart in the Station Mall where he stole several food items and left the store without paying.
He was stopped and arrested by an OPP officer and held for City Police.
Further investigation revealed that the accused was on probation with a condition not to attend at the Station Mall.
He is scheduled to appear in court on March 18 2013.
