Jean-Claude allegedly punches someone in the face (updated)

Update
After further investigation the charges against the above-named accused, Jean Cleaude Paquette age 26 of 124 West St., have been changed to assault with a weapon, utter threats to cause death and breach of probation.
Further investigation revealed that the accused repeatedly struck the female victim with a beer bottle and threatened to have her killed if she called police.

26 year old Jean-Claude Paquette was arrested and charged with one count of assault.
It is alleged that the accused punched the victim in the face.
The victim required medical attention but the injuries are thought to be minor in nature.
He was also on probation at the time of the assault and was charged accordingly and given a court date of March 4 2013.

I don't pretend to know how or what might stop of control his sort .
I've always thought Tattoos should be designed,one for child abusers,another for sex offenders, drunk drivers etc .
They should be made to have this Tattoo put on their foreheads.
I know it's not practical or probably even possible ,but I enjoy the thought.
