Jay Case and Frank Deresti perform at Quattro in the Comfort Suites, 229 Great Northern Rd., starting at 8 p.m.
Spyder's Web plays its first gig of 2013 at the Esquire Club, 102 Second Line West. Show time is 9:30 p.m.
Suicide Kings play the Nicolet Tavern, 304 Albert St. West, from 10 p.m. until close.
Cody McMillan presents a tribute to Bob Dylan at Loplops, 651 Queen St. East, starting at 10 p.m.
Summer Thunder performs at the Rockstar Bar, 864 Queen St. East. Music kicks off at 10:30 p.m.

Saturday Morning Craft and Story Hour at the Korah Branch Public Library is suitable for children between the ages of 4 and 8. You may register your child for this program between 10 and 10:30 a.m. each Saturday. The program will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. This free program runs every Saturday through the school year. The Arts Council presents Over the Rainbow Children's Entertainment, featuring Squid Percussion, at the Grand Theatre, 641 Queen Street East at 2 p.m. Individual tickets are $15 per adult and $12 per child and may be purchased at the Arts Council office, 369 Queen Street East, Suite 104A. Season Passports are $60 and admit one child and one adult to the remaining 3 shows of the season. Passports may be purchased at the Arts Council Office, Once Upon a Child, Kevanna Studios, Hilltribe Designs or may be purchased online. Galaxy Cinemas in the Station Mall presents The Bolshoi Ballet Series, featuring La Bayadère at 12:55 p.m. Tickets are $23.00/adult, $11.50/child and $20.50/senior.
Algoma String Quartet presents a concert of "cool music that will warm you inside" at Willowgrove United Church, 55 Tilley Road, at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 per adult and $10 per child 12 or under. Refreshments provided by Arts in the Grove will follow the concert. Proceeds will be directed to the Willowgrove Pipe Organ. Tickets are available at Willowgrove Church Office.
