Crash and lots of water on Wellington near Pine (photo)

Loyal reader Coralee Lahey sent us this photo.
"Heading to work today I wondered what the holdup was (on Wellington near Pine Street)," her e-mail notes.
"There was a major road flood with loaders trying to push away the water. Then I saw the four- or five-car pileup......avoid this section today!"

wh800 1/22/2013 10:18:38 AM ReportA couple weeks ago had a water main break in front of my house (friday afternnon)..they came took some of the snow banks away and put up a couple signs...then left and didn't return till Monday...Imagine how much water ran for those days...Great Job...

susart 1/22/2013 2:46:24 PM ReportThe Loader came after the 5 car pile up. I was involved in that accident and was wondering why there was nothing warning you that there was a foot of water all over the road and I was also wonder if and when it was reported to the PUC.
whitefeathers 1/22/2013 2:48:02 PM ReportIf the water main broke then that means with the below freezing weather it will be a mess because of the icy conditions. Plus the PUC and Gov’t might increase taxes again to fix, when they get to fixing the problem?
This mean until they do, Cars on Ice…
