ENVIRONMENT CANADA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE WEATHER BULLETIN FOR NORTHERN ONTARIO AT 3:42 PM EST MONDAY 21 JANUARY 2013.

A WIND CHILL WARNING IS ISSUED FOR GOGAMA - FOLEYET.

COLD WIND CHILL VALUES OF MINUS 40 TO 45 TONIGHT.

A COLD ARCTIC AIRMASS HAS ESTABLISHED ITSELF OVER NORTHEASTERN ONTARIO. TEMPERATURES OF MINUS 30 TO 36 DEGREES COMBINED WITH 15 KM/H WINDS WILL RESULT IN EXTREME WIND CHILL VALUES OF MINUS 40 TO 45 TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.
