Try reading it again Yogi. The top is telling you which warnings are in effect now, the bottom which ones have ended.

If you're too lazy to read go watch TV where they lay everything out for you. Like come on, what is that, an extra 30 seconds of reading?

You have to admit though, it would be nice if it wasn't all in caps.

Read the top:

WIND CHILL WARNING FOR: LAKE NIPIGON - WABAKIMI - GERALDTON - MANITOUWADGE - HORNEPAYNE - KAPUSKASING - HEARST - TIMMINS - COCHRANE.

Nowhere in there does it say anything about Sault Ste. Marie, if you read further, the warnings for Sault Ste. Marie have ended. Congratulations on making yourselves look stupid.
