Special weather statement for: Wawa - White River - Pukaskwa - Searchmont - Montreal River Harbour - Batchawana Bay - Agawa - Lake Superior Park.
Heavy lake effect flurries today and tonight.
Heavy lake effect flurries will affect regions to the east of Lake Superior today, tonight and into Wednesday.
Due to the meandering nature of the heaviest flurries, accumulations are not expected to be significant, although locally up to 15 centimetres may fall by Wednesday afternoon.
The main issue will be very low visibilities under the heaviest flurries, with brief near zero visibility possible.
Conditions are expected to improve by Wednesday afternoon with the passage of a strong cold front.
Travellers are urged to exercise caution.
