Patrick raises the roof. Charges ensue

40 year old Patrick John Wayne Martin of 5-690 Pine Street was arrested at 1:30 am this morning and charged with one count of mischief-interfere with the lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property.
In the last 12 hours City Police responded to 4 noise complaints regarding Mr. Martin .
In addition to being warned about the noise Mr. Martin was also charged under the noise bylaw.
When he continued to be loud and make excessive noise, he was charged criminally.
He will appear in court on February 11th, 2013.

People might have to go to work ...unfair .. should have been dealt with sooner.

I never play any music after 10 pm, and if i do play music prior to the cut off time, i don't even turn it up a quarter of the way. I DO play a lot of slayer mind you, and they're loud even on mute. haha :P
