Steven accused of assault

31-year-old Steven Dumont of 304-41 Old Garden River Road was arrested last evening and charged with one count of assault and three counts of breach of probation.
It is alleged that earlier in the day the accused assaulted a male known to him.
At the time of the offence he was on three probation orders with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
He will appear in bail court this morning.
