We need more police cars out on the streets or something ....

Are you concerned about the dramatic increase in break and enters ?

Do you feel safe in this community ?

What action is beeing taking .........
what about bob 12/28/2012 9:37:41 AM Report

I am just very grateful for my friend who had a tenant (Amanda)that finally moved out last month and good riddence to her because she always left the back door open. What an absentminded bonehead. That was a personal invite to thieves.
CAP105 12/28/2012 9:38:41 AM Report

The problem is there are absolutely no consequences when these punks get caught. They are back on the street the next day doing it again. They have no respect for people or their property.

Maybe vigilantes is the answer!!!
jojoe71 12/28/2012 10:20:32 AM Report

think of it as the low life's boxing day. they're just out looking for a bargain :)
Ms. Mc 12/28/2012 10:38:46 AM Report

these thieves are a bunch of loser!. If i catch any of them in my home I would kick them right in the mouth and knock them out cold.
sarah77 12/28/2012 1:42:48 PM Report

Our home was broken into the Friday before Christmas. The back door was kicked in and the theives came in and ripped open all of our Christmas gifts to decide which they would like. Our home was also ransacked and jewellery, electronics and even a winter coat was taken. This was all during daylight hours. The worst part isn't the gifts, but the sentimental jewellery that isn't even worth much on the street. I also feel nervous to shower in the morning, when I am home alone. This has disurpted our faith in our community and our neighbourhood. I am thankful that no one was hurt.
pruden 12/28/2012 2:35:27 PM Report

Probably vigilanty groups is something we should be thinking about....something like neighborhood watch on each street.....my husband and I wouldn't mind doing that.....would just love to catch these low lifes and give them the respect they show other law abiding people.......they'll be making criminals out of us all.....kicking in doors while you are in your own house is just not acceptable...like I said before, take off a finger and then a hand then may be just may be they may learn something.
Ricatoni 12/28/2012 2:56:09 PM Report

Security cameras in full HD is the answer so you can see who they are....then you can decide what you want to do with them??call the cops or whatever you feel is appropriate....put up a sign and the camera and thats that......of course a big dog is always a deterent to these punks...... maybe someones dog will get lose and put some holes in these dummies.........nothing like a thief begging you to tell your dog to stop bitting him.... while your trying not to piss your pants from laughing so hard .....either way these dummies will get what they deserve its called CARMA!!!!!!!!!!!! To all you low life dirt bag thieving scum bags.........you better be careful whos house you decide to rob..............Ya never know in what shape or gravitational force you might meet this Carma but I can assure you It will be day you will never forget......and that you can take to the pawn shop all day long.:)
PS: To the two bit useless thiefs:go to school and get a job before you end up dead or living in jail......your parents and family must be so proud of your accomplishments......ITS TIME TO GROW UP KIDS!!!!!!!!!!

Bad Dawg 12/28/2012 10:59:46 PM Report

It all comes to respect and suprevision. Not too long ago I was a teen and never out at 12 am I have told punks 13-15 yr old to "shut up" at 2 am on a school nite. Where are there parents?? why is there no curfew for these lil brats? maybe their parents need a court date too
bounder 12/29/2012 8:50:18 AM Report

Went by the casino yesterday and see not one but three police cars parked in the lot yaking about what,I don't know, maybe about all the breakin's.One would think they have routes to patrol.Radios to communicate.I guess free coffee keeeps them busy.
Ms. Mc 12/29/2012 8:59:15 AM Report
