Hello, i'm just an average Joe, but with all of these bear mace incidents, why not make it harder to purchase the stuff. Sell it only at one store, behind glass. Maybe require some I.D. so the next time it happens, you can check the records, and go get them.

Why should I prevented from buying Bear Mace? I am not a criminal. Mace can be bought over the internet et cetra. Besides, if you make it harder to get the Loser will spray something like pesticide in your eyes instead. Would you rather be permanently blinded instead?!

I have a feeling the nomads are behind the home invasions. Someone should go have a chat with Clay.

Slim, Matt didn't say prevented he said make it harder to get. When my daughter was away at University I bought her a can of "Bear Spray" not bear mace.Same thing I think but mace was illegal to buy. Going by the description of the two individuals in this piece, maybe the police might want to start their search at Heritage Place, just around the corner from where the incident took place.

this is a major downside to the Canadian government they pass laws where you cant protect your self in your own home. in Michigan if someone brakes into your home with a gun and you feel threatened you can shoot them and protect your family. but in canada if you beat them up you would go to jail for assault. what a stupid law that is who voted these clowns into office? nevermind the dog get a 12 gauge

Flyfisher1,

3 armed men invaded a Mississauga home last week... Two fled, a third in a body bag.., no charges were laid against the home owner, who protected his family
