Poirot1900 12/4/2012 3:30:23 PM ReportTo all those who say that Canada does not have a monarchy:
9. The Executive Government and Authority over Canada is hereby declared to continue and be vested in the Queen.
17. There shall be One Parliament for Canada, consisting of the Queen, an Upper House styled the Senate, and the House of Commons.
Constitution Act, 1867 30 & 31 Victoria, c. 3 (U.K.) (British North America Act)
Canada is therefore a Federal Parliamentary Democracy as well as a Constitutional Monarchy
