Thieves keep doing more of the same

Break and enters/other property crimes

On November 26, 2012, a break and enter occurred in the 60 block of Second Line West.

During the break and enter, keys for a 2007 Chev Malibu was taken and the vehicle stolen.

The vehicle is still outstanding.

Theft from a vehicle: A vehicle was entered in the Grandhaven Crescent area – change taken.

Theft from a vehicle: Textbooks taken from a vehicle in the 100 block of Carufel Avenue. 

The books were later found in the yard.

Hey we're also supposed to get more snow this winter. But make sure, if there are ANY days that it doesn't snow, that you severely question whether this will happen.

If we would all be mindfull of crime proofing our vehicles(make sure the doors are at least locked) and invest in an alarm or DOG for our homes, we would be ahead of the game! Let's put a BITE out of crime people.
