Michael really wants some cologne

21-year old Michael Gingras of 2820 Mission Road, Goulais River was arrested last evening at the Station Mall and charged with one count of theft under $5,000, one count of assault and one count of breach of probation.
It is alleged that the accused stole four bottles of cologne from the IDA Drug store and fled on foot.
He was apprehended by mall security and assaulted the security guard.
At the time of the incident the accused was on a probation order with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
He will appear in Weekend and Statutory Holiday (WASH) court Saturday.
