Called in complaint results in impaired charge for Nicola

Nicola Sicoli (age 64) of 128 Malabar Dr. was arrested by City Police at 2:10 AM for impaired driving and consuming over the legal limit after a citizen called in an erratic driving complaint.
He will be appearing in court 26 November 2012.
