Randall allegedly does damage on Allard St.

On the 17th of October 2012 shortly before midnight, 50 year old Randall Smith of 48 Tilley Road was arrested for mischief on Allard Street.
It is alleged that the accused broke a window and damaged a light pole to an apartment building in the 100 block of Allard Street.
