I-500 work bee on October 20!

Be a part of the coolest spectacle in snowmobile racing!

Help contribute to the coolest spectacle in snowmobile racing. 

This is Sault Ste. Marie’s showcase event, and we need your help. 

The I-500 committee is looking for volunteers to prepare the race track and grounds for the 45th running of the International 500 Snowmobile Race. 

There will be plenty of projects for volunteers to work on.

Whatever skills and equipment you have, we can use them.

There will also be an opportunity to meet the board of directors to discuss you or your group volunteering with future projects.

Friday, October 19

• Open the infield pit area for RV, camper, and tent camping

Saturday, October 20

• Volunteers meet at the track at 8 a.m.

• There is no lack of projects to be done:

- Painting  inside and outside work

- Carpentry work

- Grounds work

- Cleaning work

- Many more miscellaneous projects

Saturday evening

• Food to thank the volunteers

• Feel free to bring and pass along additional dishes

• Bring your own beverage of choice

Late Saturday

• Camping and celebrating our accomplishments!
