A 20 year old female will appear in domestic violence court in November charged with assault after being charged with assault.
It is alleged that on the 13 Oct 12 the victim and his girlfriend, the accused, arrived home after a night of drinking when the accused lost her temper and began following the victim from room to room while yelling at him.
The accused bit the victim on his shoulder and began hitting him with her fist numerous times.

They put a big show on while sitting on the witness stand and the judge usually falls for it Women want equal rights and want to be treated the same as men in society,in which I'm all for but it seems they get their cake and eat it too. Society needs to wake up and treat all adults the same way.

Women can't, and shouldn't be treated the same as men are by each other. Quite frankly, they don't 'really' want to be anyway! For example, If a woman is working for a construction company and is working for a 'colon' - lack of a better word - does she really want somebody yelling at her all day and shooting tools at her if she doesn't do something right? Unless she is 'different', i'm guessing no. No man in his right mind would walk into a bar and try to start a fist-fight with a woman. And she shouldn't 'desire' that either.
Women already have 'equal rights' in society. They have had equal rights for a long, long time now. But, if I was bench pressing 300lbs, I would prefer a man spotting me than a woman. If I was being crushed by a tonne of steel falling on me, i'm sure i'd prefer 2 guys trying to lift the weight off of me than two girls. Obviously! And they themselves would too...
As for this situation, domestic cases can mean anything! He could have spent all of her rent money at the casino, he could have cheated that night with one of her friends, etc.. It could, literally, have been anything!
Any man should be able to handle a woman trying to physically assault him. No man should attempt to hit a woman, unless he's a weenie little 'female body part'..

I can't tell if you are a guy or a girl right now. I am confused...
I didn't say that she had the right to hit him. She doesn't legally have that right, just the same as a man doesn't have the right to hit a woman. I don't know what happened in this situation, none of us do because we don't know the exact details relating to this situation. Any 'man' wouldn't do the things that I speculated anyway. Nor would any real 'man' be with a woman who had those characteristics.

Spyyder 10/15/2012 4:47:33 PM ReportIf men are attacked by women even unprovoked, men can't retaliate because they are automatically arrested and brought before the courts... this is wrong in so many ways! Men and women should be treated equally, women want equal rights they should be treated equally in all aspects of society especially law and justice. I've heard of women beating on themselves, calling the police and blaming their mate for it, thus resulting in an assualt charge, all the while the poor alleged victim that everyone feels sorry for cuz im sure details of the alleged incident are in the print media by this point brags to her friends and social circle that "I got him good" or "he had it coming to him. Media should print the names of both parties when it comes to domestic disputes so that men will know which women to avoid cuz printing the womans name will give her a track record of sorts and men will know what to expect an label the woman as an at your own risk before entering any relationship. The police even published the addresses of the albert street prostitutes, hows that for free advertising, avoid the corner and go straight to the residence... unless the police want to make their quota!! I doubt the addresses of male prostitutes would ever be published because they are in fact male!! How's that for equal treatment!
