Break amd enter in East Algoma area
Victims of property crime feel a very personal sense of loss.
Not only by having their property taken from them, but also because of the tremendous violation of a person’s dignity and personal space.
On May 22, 2012, officers from the East Algoma OPP detachment investigated a break and enter to a home on Bennett Street in Bruce Mines.
Once inside, culprits ransacked the home and numerous items were stolen including two large screen TVs, jewellery,(which included a set of wedding bands) and five firearms consisting of three rifles and two shotguns.
Law enforcement can’t do it alone.
It takes the entire community working together to solve crime in our community and deny criminals the opportunity to victimize our citizens.
