Highway 17 south of Wawa closed (updated)

Ontario Provincial Police report the highway is now fully open.

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are reporting that Highway 17 is closed 35 kilometres south of Wawa.
The highway is closed in both directions because a pickup truck pulling a trailer has jackknifed and is blocking both lanes.
In addition, OPP warn that the highway in that area is now snow covered and there is black ice in some spots.
