For ♥ sake. Re-home a bouquet today

A broken down truck has left the Heart and Stroke with about 150 bouquets of flowers that are in dire need of re-homing.
Yesterday was Heart and Stroke's Bouquets for Heart fundraiser but things didn't go as planned.
The roses were delivered later than expected because the delivery truck broke down, says Dan Ingram, area manager for the Sault Area Heart and Stroke Office.
He's shown with one of the lovely bouquets that need homes now.
"As a result, they were unable to sell all of our bouquets yesterday in the short time that we had to sell," he said.
So the local Heart and Stroke branch still has about 150 bouquets for sale and just one day to sell them.
A bouquet consists of one red rose, some white carnations, baby breath and greenery.
To re-home a single bouquet it will cost $8.
Ingram urges folks who wants to add some colour to their home just in time for the Thanksgiving weekend and share some love with the Heart and Stroke Foundation to call 705-253-3775 for more information.
Folks can purchase and pick up the bouquets at the Heart and Stroke Foundation office at 59 Great Northern Road until 4 p.m. today.
"This is a great way to share your love with family and friends this Thanksgiving weekend," says Ingram.
SooToday.com thinks these bouquets would make great hostess gifts, too.
Especially for moms who spend all day cooking a big turkey dinner for their families.
