TORONTO, ON (October 1, 2012) - Award-winning interactive design, web and media firm Lucidia is pleased to announce its new partnership with Fairmont Raffles Hotels International.
The company has been selected from a select group of high-profile agencies to manage the global integrated e-mail campaigns for Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI); which is comprised of four distinct brands: Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Raffles Hotels & Resorts, and Swissotel Hotels & Resorts in addition to the corporate brand of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International.
With offices located in Sault Ste. Marie and Toronto, this represents a significant accomplishment for the 30-person agency, which was awarded the business over some of the highest regarded digital agencies in the country.
The scope of work includes global, regional and local campaigns together with strategic and analytical services.
Lucidia will be taking on the role of managing this portion of the international corporation’s Customer Relationship Marketing team, supporting e-mail and direct marketing communications.
