Hey eds, you mean the harley's that helped raise over 700 grand to fight blindness this summer? how much did you donate? btw I paid hard earned cash for mine..will never be repode

@eds ... i agree
eds 10/1/2012 7:01:10 AM Report

@trakyack my post was responding to another post that isn't here anymore about the police 'repoing' peoples stereos!
Those fundraisers? Sure I meant those as well, how much did I donate? to them? NOTHING why would I support their fund raiser. I donate $6500.00 annually if my compassion is what your questioning. I think I'm doing my share.
I think it would be more appropriate for them to be raising money for the deaf actually.
The racket many of them make is horrendous and shouldn't be allowed anywhere in earshot. If a car stereo is loud enough for somebody to hear something like 15 meters away is against the noise bylaw how is it possible that a rumbling. grumbling, roaring harley is legal?
trackyak 10/1/2012 5:54:44 PM Report

eds: my harley gets 50 miles per gallon and is only used in the summer and is nowhere near as loud as a fuel guzzling transport using a jake brake (engine compression brake) which is illegal in city limits but they use them anyway, why don't you pick a fight you can win, heck even the cops ride harleys, go after the trucks...then maybe someone will listen
trackyak 10/1/2012 6:01:16 PM Report

must tick you off knowing that your tax dollars go to buying "rumbling,grumbling.roaring harley's eh? :)
eds 10/1/2012 7:51:30 PM Report

who's pickin a fight? and you dont have to win em all anyway. Happy trails bud
trackyak 10/2/2012 6:08:13 PM Report
