Working Man 9/26/2012 7:31:51 PM ReportWhy weren't there any charges laid in this incident? I would've ended up in the back of the car and handed a fine of 5 grand.

Albert &.. Gore.?
jojoe71 9/27/2012 7:44:39 AM ReportBy service call do they mean the driver was broke down and the police were there to give a boost? Sounds like while the police were behind the broke down driver someone decided to park behind them and was a little heavy with the gas. I can imagine detective Columbo shaking his head on that scenerio.Obviously there is more to this story than we are privy to.
Tiajah 9/28/2012 9:06:30 AM ReportI drove the scene on that day and came to the conclusion that parking on Albert St on a busy weekday morning wasn't the greatest idea. Unless it was a true life/death situation, he could have used a driveway. I know she hit him from behind, but there has to be some responsibiltiy to the police office also.
