speed7 9/24/2012 10:34:07 AM ReportLot of crime going on recently. Has anyone addressed this issue with our MPP or MP at all? I can tell you this is a direct result of all their frivolous spending followed by their backlash of severe budget cuts. Hold on people!....more crime is on the way!
Pot8oHead 9/24/2012 10:59:08 AM ReportI'm not sure what you think an MP/MPP will be able to do about break-ins. I *can* tell you that regardless of budget cuts and all that kind of stuff, instant gratification (or as close to instant as you can get) is what people expect these days. People want what they want and they want it NOW.
I'm generalizing here, but people just don't want to work for anything any more; it just takes too damn long. Why spend time saving up for an item when the guy down the road has exactly what you want and all you need to do to make it yours is break in and take it?
Laziness is the way to go now, it seems.
speed7 9/24/2012 12:36:29 PM ReportNo arguement there pot.
Was just saying the issue should be brought up and tougher sentences enforced. Problems is alot of money spent on putting delinquents in a reprimand center where they are spoiled with food tv internet you name it. As for this monster of a man he will probably get off with not not much of a scratch. He needs to go the jail with due sentencing for the crime he committed.
