Industrial accident claims life of 25-year-old

NEWS RELEASE

On the 20th of September 2012 at approximately 9 a.m., Ambulance and Fire Services attended at Eternal Monuments located at 1281 Great Northern Road for an industrial accident.
A 25-year-old male was transported to Sault Area Hospital with serious injuries.
As a result of the accident Sault Ste. Marie Police Services and The Ministry of Labour were notified and a joint investigation was commenced.
At approximately 7 p.m. City Police were notified that the victim had succumbed to his injuries.
The case is now being investigated as a Coroner’s Investigation.
