well It was pretty hard to watch this concert in the station mall wanted to go but they were all sold out of the $20 tickets and for someone that wasn't able to go it or that can't afford to pay a lot of money to go watch this would have been nice if someone could have done a video of the concert I think All concerts should all people to take videos.

He taught a lot of young folk how to really rock down the house! Excellent concert, lots of old memories and good times. Age doesn;t matter when the music is legend! Thanks for the great concert John Fogerty !

Seriously??? You are upset because you waited until the last minute and they didn't have a cheap ticket for you??? Do what the rest of us did. Paid attention and when the tickets went on sale purchased them. I cannot believe the idiocy of some people blaming the organizers for not charging $20 for what is easily a $100 concert.... This is what people call a luxury... if you really want to go and can't afford it there are 2 things you can do....#1 save up for it and pay...#2 Spend your money where it is needed and not at a concert.

He's older, and he's still great, he still can rock those radio and album hits. Sault blogger, you couldn't afford to pay $75 or $150 for two, that's okay, some people will pay that kind of money and wonder where they will get the money they need for the rest of the month. No void, life will go on, after John.

Hard to believe some people in this city still don't get it. When you have a show worth seeing, you have to pay to attend.
Lots of people travel to go see shows/concerts. When you have one in your own back yard, take advantage of it. You don't have the expense of gas/hotels/meals etc. associated with travel out of town. $150 for a couple of tickets is peanuts to see a show of this caliber.
I, fortunately, bought my cheap tickets early (not a bad seat in the house). Definitely worth it even if you had to pay more.

And as double bonus we got to see Willie Nelson son Lucas and the Promise of the Real as the opening act for John!

Sault blogger said he was to late getting the cheaper seats, many likely were to late. Lots of people can't afford the $150. Sometimes you have to pay the rent or feed the kids,- even grandkids. There are a lot of baby boomers who love Fogerty's music, some are hurtin for money.

If you can't afford it than you can't. There are lot of things people can't afford. Oh well, doesn't mean someone is going to give them a free concert ticket. You just learn to go without. Lots of us do..... Performers make their living off concert tickets, and selling CD's. They are not going to travel all over for free.

It,s too bad everyone could coment on the actual concert which was awsome by the way , instead of complaining about crap , keep the actual thread going people.

No..we like attacking stupid comments more than the topic itself. Dumb comments deserve to be attacked.

I wanted to go see the concert but actually forgot completely about getting a ticket, but I am not upset a person didn't take a video of the damn thing.

If you want to see the show on video...buy a concert dvd/blu ray. They are cheap and probably sounds as good or better than the live show!

I don't think Jihn has to woory about making money touring.

great concert!! but ,there was bad seats in the house ,not mine but about 10 people couldn`t see very well because 2 tarts wouldn`t sit down (I guess they`re the only important people in the world)

Stevie-E you wish, the house rocked last night and I have Fogerty's concert dvd and I don't feel the heat from the pirotechnics and see the dry ice, all the light show on my concert dvd/blue ray which I play on my 50 inch Sharp Aquos, that show was worth more than the $71.00 I paid, you are really dumb for sure.
Stevie-E 9/20/2012 9:42:42 AM Report

I'm In.

Listen to your American self.

I too, would much rather watch the show live but was responding to the person who could not get tickets to the show and was complaining that nobody took a video...that was stupid, settle on a youtube video. I was making light of the situation.

Stop attacking my comments when you clearly have no intelligence yourself.
Norm 9/21/2012 10:01:14 AM Report

I don't know for sure, eh!
