Prrrrrrr 9/18/2012 5:55:45 PM ReportI wouldn't be surprised or disappointed if that charge is throwing out of court...who is to say somebody else didn't get into the accused account and make threats or have a whole fight with the victim. That's the dark side of the internet...you can never be sure who you are actually in contact with, unless you are on webcam. There could be two victims...

Tom_Bom 9/18/2012 8:30:43 PM ReportI'm glad personally that Cyber Bullying and threats online are being taken seriously by the authorities.
Even though people lose their inhibitions while online a bit and say things they wouldn't say normally, a threat is a threat. That's why we all have to be conscious of what we post online and practice mindfulness when confronted online. It's so easy to post something negative, but once its out there, its out there you know.
But Kudos to the authorities for taking this seriously.
JDW 9/18/2012 8:59:02 PM ReportI'm with you Jerry and company. Facebook and Txting is just ridiculous. Don't people know what freedom, privacy or aninimity is all about? Get a life.

Stevie-E 9/19/2012 8:47:30 AM ReportPeople, get with the program. Facebook is as only as good as the friends you keep. If you're worrying about cyberbullying, you may need to step back and take a look at your situation in life.
I use it for business primarily and feel that it's excellent for networking and capturing opportunities.
