Marc charged with impaired

On September 11, 2012 at approximately 1:22am the accused was operating his vehicle on Wellington Street East and was observed going through a red light at Wellington and Gore Street.
The driver of the vehicle then threw a beer bottle onto the roadway and was pulled over.
The accused was arrested for impaired driving.
The accused Marc Henry Beaulieu, age 42 of 161 Breton Road is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding the legal limit.
The accused will appear in court on October 15, 2012 at 09:00am
