Sean caught driving while prohibited

On the 5th of September 2012 officers stopped a vehicle driven by 45-year-old Sean McClarty of Garden River.
Iinvestigation revealed that he was a prohibited driver.
The accused was arrested.
Upon searching the accused, [alleged] illegal drugs were also found.
McClarty was charged with prohibited driving and possession of a controlled drug (x2).
He is to appear in Bail Court this morning.
