Human remains found in suitcase floating in Lake Ontario

Toronto Police officers responded today to the discovery of human remains found in Lake Ontario near the Bluffers Park Yacht Club.
According to a media advisory issued by the Toronto Police Service, recreational boaters found a suitcase floating in Lake Ontario and brought it to shore.
The suitcase was examined by police and it was determined the contents were human remains.
A post mortem examination has yet to be scheduled.
Detective Sergeant Frank Skubic is scheduled to update media in Bluffers Park today at 5:15 p.m.
