My latest PUC is about $25 more for water/sewage. This was when I was running water for extended periods of time and flushing more often (per their instructions) to try and get rid of the chlorine smell and/or the brownish colour caused from them flushing the system. I'm going to request a credit from them for this as it is their fault to begin with that my water tasted and looked bad. We'll see just how much they appreciate my business by how they respond to my request.
