3rd times a charm 7/15/2012 7:28:59 PM Reporthow is this an assault vs attempted murder?

Snowdon 7/15/2012 7:52:23 PM ReportWhat if he stabbed him in the hand? Not really attempting murder.
I'm sure if there is a case for attempted murder they will make it.
Berty 7/17/2012 11:13:39 PM ReportBottom line...you stab someone, expect to spend some quality time in jail!!!
just us 7/20/2012 1:17:38 PM ReportWhat if it was the other guy who had the knife and while William was defending himself he managed to get the knife away and used it in self defense?
You all assume William was the one who was carrying the knife and not this other guy based on what the 'victim' had to say. No witnesses have stepped forward to say who had the knife and there were others around.
