It’s been over a year since Elsie was last seen. 

Her owners would like her back.

In mid-March of last year, Lock City Dairies’ fiberglass Mascot, Lock City Elsie, was located in front of Wal-Mart on Great Northern Road for a promotion. 

When staff came in to work one day, they discovered she had been taken. 

Elsie is approximately 5 feet tall to the top of the head and weighs about 150 lbs. 

She is different than her sister mascots in that Elsie has horns.

These bogus bovines are loaned out to various groups and organizations for charity and fundraising events.
