Faithful SooToday.com reader Teresa Parker was kind enough to submit a few photos she snapped during the opening day of the 45th annual St. Joseph Island Maple Syrup Festival hosted at the Richard's Landing Legion.
She also included some photos of the lovely springtime St. Joe's island scenery.

The St. Joseph Island Maple Syrup Festival continues next weekend, Saturday and Sunday April 14 and 15, at the Richard's Landing Legion hall.
The event includes all you can eat pancakes, sausage, and St. Joseph Island maple syrup from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Cost per person is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and $4 for children aged 10 and under.
