Nights and Weekends released their first self-titled EP on iTunes in 2011.

A touchdown came quickly after, when the band's music started getting placements on MTV shows including smash hits like Jersey Shore, The Hills, and The Real World.

Attention increased, and the band soon scored more TV placements on ABC Family's Make It Or Break It and most recently the CW's new hit program Nikita.

The band was recognized at the International Music Competition in New York City where they took home first place and won the opportunity to tour across South Africa.

“We are excited as organization to bring something different to our fans. Nights and Weekends is a fantastic up and coming band and we are thrilled for them to be performing in front of our fans and in Sault Ste. Marie,” said Megan Dubas of the Soo Greyhounds Hockey Club.
