Public invited to the Mayor's Celebrate 100! Free Family Skate at the Essar Centre on January 1

SAULT STE. MARIE - Join Mayor Debbie Amaroso on Sunday, January 1 at the Essar Centre from 2 – 4 p.m. for the 2012 Celebrate 100! kick-off event.

Enjoy an afternoon of fun, including:
 
    •    Free skating from  2 – 4 p.m. (doors open at 1:30 p.m., main entrance)

    •    Free hot chocolate and cookies

    •    Free face painting and balloon magic

    •    Celebrate100! give-ways including: kid’s activity books, tattoos, souvenir buttons, flags

    •    Town Crier will proclaim the Official Kick-Off to Celebrate 100!

    •    Celebrate100! flag raising

    •    Soo Greyhound players and mascot ‘Dash’ on ice visit from 3 - 4 p.m.

    •    Free draws for Johnny Reid tickets and Soo Greyhounds game tickets

Enjoy skating, walking, and socializing with family and friends.
