NEWS RELEASE

SAVOY’S JEWELLERS

*************************
Starting today, Savoy’s Jewellerswill be accepting nonperishable food items that will be donated to the Soup Kitchen Community Centre.

In exchange for their donation, customers will receive a one percent discount for every nonperishable item, up to 20 percent, on that day’s purchase (cannot be combined with any other offer).

“Collecting these donations and delivering them to the Soup Kitchen is an easy way for our team and customers to make a positive impact on the community, and help ensure that those less fortunate have a substantial meal to eat on Thanksgiving Day,” said Richard Rosset, coowner.

Donations will be accepted at both locations of Savoy’s Jewellers: at 290 Queen Street East and inside Station Mall until October 10, 2015.

“We pride ourselves on the fact that since 1952, Savoy’s Jewellers has been an active part of the Sault Ste. Marie community,” said Rodger Rosset, coowner. “We consider our customers and local residents to be family, and we would do anything to help family in need.”
