Web Application Developer

As our lead Web Application Developer, you will be responsible for building a wide range of web applications, sites and possibly mobile applications. You will also maintain, enhance and test existing sites owned and operated by DIG.

You will work on front-end builds (HTML/CSS/Javascript), back-end development (ASP.NET – VB or C#) and database design (using Microsoft SQL). If you prefer another environment, that’s okay: just tell us why.

You possess strong development and analytical skills and have the ability to merge technical skills with business understanding. You will ensure all front-end and back-end code adheres to the highest-level of best-practices related to development methodologies and techniques.

Academic qualifications are important, but your real-world experience, passion for your work and your personality are even more critical. Be prepared to demonstrate your coding abilities and present us with a portfolio of your work.

Requirements

A University Degree or College Diploma in a Computer Sciences or related field;

Applied and demonstrable knowledge of:
• Front-end development (ideally HTML5 / CSS3)
• Microsoft SQL
• ASP.NET (VB or C#)
