Good morning everyone.

We`ll see the Sun tomorrow,
Rain and snow today.

One time I went to the Bingo on April Fools day and hollered Bingo very early on the Jackpot, LOL, after a few games the caller did the same, it was funny.

Morning Folks...

Nice to see the temp stayed above the zero mark and has really started to knock the snow down, just in time for those April showers to bring forth the May flowers, maybe if it don't flood everywhere. The warm temps has really melted the snow on the roof, and March went out like a lion, was gusting pretty good last night and is continuing this morning..

Anyone who decided not to take their huts off the lake yesterday is going to have quite a job now, that must be real slushy out there today. Mother Nature can play some real good tricks when she likes.. suppose to go back to the freezing mode in the next few days especially overnight.. hard to move iceshacks when they are well frozen in...

Oh how I long for those nice smooth plowed roads!!! Watch out for puddles and hidden potholes out there today...

This little story goes back to when Canada was staring to convert to metric. At that time, I was working at a radio station which was blessed with a morning guy who was way too talented for this 1000 watt station. Anyway he started to talk about Canada changing over to the metric clock. According to him it was a throwback to hellenic times. Thus tine was to be divided into milli-helens and macro-helens He kept this charade going for over two hours which included allowing people to phone in and voice their concerns. That, in forty plus years of working, was the most fun I ever had at work. Incidentally, the DJ from that morning ended up working at one of the largest radio station in Los Angeles

The best one I heard was when to align themselves with the continent in the UK one the 1st of April 2000 all the trucks and Buses would start driving on the right... next April first all the cars and motorcycles would do the same... The BBC had to make a very quick apology for this joke after about 10 accidents had occured...some truck drivers took it to be true..

I have sent you a reply in the blue room. If you don't get to read it, that is fine but I do want to wish the best for your little pal tomorrow.
