Mallet

It`s afternoon, Good afternoon.

I had 3 walks already, I`ll be taking another after my nap, I`m going for a Jaylo butt.
My daughter inlaw teaches arobics and I asked her, why is my upper buttocks getting firmer than the bottom, she said, your butt is lifting up, that`s good because I didn`t want my mother`s Indian butt, you know, some native women have a flat butt.

Hey Grump

Even as a child I hated lamb, which you know, is a staple of my Arabic background. Never did acquire a taste for it and my mother finally substituted with beef as most of our extended family did. I don't think us 2nd generation children adapted to lamb...lol

Now, I am vegetarian and still enjoy mid eastern food with meat substitutes..
Still very yummy..

EPC...

Hate to disagree with you, it isn't lamb but mutton and when I was in a North African country the other staple was chicken... Down in the farms we used to get chicken for Lunch and Supper thirteen times a week and sheep/mutton/lamb on a friday. I remember very clearly being "honoured" with the eye balls one friday, now I very seldom have either in the house, I stick with the Moo, and the occaisional Oinker..

Mallet..

I just remember lamb.. My mother's family was from Syria/Lebanon... If there was mutton, then they disquised it as lamb...either way..yukky...
epc 3/16/2013 5:48:01 PM Report

either way...Mutton is just an older lamb.

Hey all,Celest5,never down about a bad day fishing,my Dad said a bad day fishing is better than a good day working.
epc 3/16/2013 7:29:36 PM Report

Not sure if you are/were a Seinfeld fan, but the " Mutton" episode was one of the best..
Grump 3/16/2013 7:32:42 PM Report

epc we used to have lamb about once a year at Easter. My mother was a good British type cook but wool tasting lamb with mint sauce sure didn't cut it. That said I've had lamb in Saudi, Eygpt, Kenya and Greece that was a good as the best cut of beef I have eaten. We even used to BBQ a leg of lamb there ourselves coated with honey/garlic sauce. I expect that it was because it was Australian or New Zealand lamb because the other just tastes like wool.My wife and I eat a lot of veggies and fish but every so often I crave a big chunk of red meat. I could be a part time veggan but not full time.

Good evening, So how was your fishing day? my beans were good, but I just had 2 tablespoons, I like to make them for everyone else, last time I made them I left them on the stove and every time someone passed, they gobbled them up, went to put them on the table and there was only a cereal bowl left, they all just laughed.

Mallet, walking more than twice a day has kepted my sugar in check, my average for this week is 58, last week it was 59 and three weeks ago it was 60.
Do you walk? I love being outside, it`s makes me feel good.
celeste5 3/16/2013 9:28:12 PM Report

Boy, did I make a mistake, readings like that and I would be a dead Duck, forgot the point, 5.8, 5.9 and another 5.8, hard to read the meter.
