Seriously,did you get any fish,we went after 2:30 and caught over a dozen,my partner was'nt doing so well,somehow I think they were off a litle bit but all in all good size fish.

Morning Folks..
So, TGIF. another week shot, and the hour goes on saurday, you lose another hour of sleep Nanag..Sometimes it just doesn't pay to get up in the morning!!
Hope this overcast goes away and we get some sunshine, this time of year I start to get antsy when I don't get my share of sunlight..
You all have a great weekend...

Nanag, hope you are off work this weekend and can rest your body, think that is going to be the solution to restoring your back - no lifting, no sweeping, no laundry, no vacuuming - oh no, wait, you are a woman, that can't happen.....seriously, hope you feel better soon.

My mother had a picture hanging in the kitchen of a totally disheveled house with dishes piled high in the sink etc.
Below the picture was two sentences."You asked me what I do around here all day. Well today I didn't do it." When my dad or one of the kids would get out of line she would quietly point to THE PICTURE and we got back in line in a hurry

Seriously.
Ocean perch is an excellent choice,I love the taste and smell of them,another would be grouper.No fishing this weekend but Monday after the rain might bring a change.Stay tuned.

Serious and Bounder...
Freshwater fish was not a real choice in the UK, most rivers are muddy or were polluted so it was not a wise thing to consume. Mostly we used salt water Plaice Cod Halibut Whiting and Sole.. Here I buy Sole and BASA and Talapia and Cod when I can get it, deep fried and chips (fries to you) I like the Harmony Hotel for their fish dinners mostly whitefish there.... had Pickerel or Northern Pike over the river but cannot for the life of me remember where it was ... a little out of the way place some friends knew about...

Just got back from the other side and had a nice halibut dinner with the boss. Ran into Wicket and hubby over there and tried talking her into coming to the summit. Have a great evening all.
