Bounder, good luck with the fishing.
Perch has a stronger flavour than whitefish, really don`t favor it.

It's Pancake Day... an old limey tradition, not really sure where it comes from, maybe something pagan!!
Wow, did that less cold/warmer couple of days put paid to the snow base we had. Hate when that happens then, we have to smooth down all the ruts in the driveway...
It will be slippery out there today, think safety...
