Happy Halloween Day.... gonna be a little chilly for the wee munchkins tonight.
Still have not been able to get in touch with our friends in Virginia....power outages, land lines and cell phones not working, praying that everything is alright...

Morning Folks..
Still a little breezy and grey out here this Am. The big snow that was forecast did not appear, thankfully, just an inch of so where it drifted up to the house, not enough to cover the grass here even.
Have to make a trip into town the SAH called and gave my wife an appt with someone, for her back pain, don't know who thro..
Yea Wicket, gave up on a cell phone, one I did not make that many calls and two reception was/is spotty up 17N, have a main set and remote phones in the house but once the power goes out so do they and it's left to the old bell rotary to make contact, so much for technology!
Well you all take care out there and keep warm and cozy..

Sorry guys, but this just confirms why I would never give up my land line. Satellite service is just way too unreliable for me, especially considering the price you pay.
