celest5 10/23/2012 4:15:16 PM ReportI wrote this poem when I was stressed out.
Wave of Relief
I cared so deeply for all of thee,
I completely forgot about me.
I was very stressed and strained, but continued on even though I felt drained.
I would ask for a relief just to get away but something always came up that day.
I then decided to tend to everything myself, and while busting at the seams I discovered my inner self.
I then had a talk with me, myself and I
and cursed everyone and suddenly said, "Oh My",
I felt my shoulders drop and my body was lighter, now everything was looking alot brighter.
I was now weightless and relieved but only for a moment disbelieved,
I relized then I just experienced my first " Wave of Relief",
I use to wonder about that phrase with disbelief.
Wicket 10/23/2012 4:31:09 PM ReportHi Epc, in the porch garage sale went well on Friday, little slower on Saturday. Filling up the tables again with lots more things for this Friday and Saturday. After this weekend, the next two weekends will feature lots of Christmas stuff and some antique furniture. The furniture will be at regular prices not bargain-basement give-aways, so I hope to get some serious buyers....
The temperature has dropped and it is now cloudy, so am expecting rain...hopefully it will only last a couple of days and there will be NO SNOW instead of water...
celest5 10/23/2012 4:35:56 PM ReportThis poem I wrote I had made in a Wedding card for my son, I read it to my sister and she said it would a make nice card for someone special to me, so I looked up my old Math Teacher because I remembered she once told she did Calligraphy.
Silence is Golden
Love grows just like we do, so be patient, kind and true, and married life will be good to you.
Always be conciderate and caring, in time you`ll have that speacial feeling which many people are sharing, When words don`t have to be spoken because your inner thoughts are one, and in this respect " Silence is Golden ".
Have a long fruitful life as husband and wife.
My son and wife asked me to read that poem during their breakfast with all the guest, his liked it alot and his friend came over gave me a high five.
