tWISTED lOGIC 7/18/2012 6:34:37 AM ReportEarly start today. It was great to get up and watch CNBC Europe heaping praise on the Canadian economy. I would also like to welcome Tony Clement to Sault Ste. Marie and say thanks for the great job the Harper Government is doing!
Mr. Poster 7/18/2012 7:23:45 AM ReportIf you feel Harper is doing a great job, along with Tony Clement, then your LOGIC is VERY TWISTED. IMHO only.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 7:25:24 AM ReportApperently there are some grumblers out there that are upset Jordan Nolan is not bringing the Cup to Sault Ste Marie and only to Garden River. Why should he bring it to the Soo. He is from Garden River. What kind of pride he must feel to be able to bring this back to his community. All you grumblers get off your lazy asses and drive to Garden River to see the Cup if you want to. Good for you Jordan, and don't give into the "haters"
right wing 7/18/2012 7:43:59 AM ReporttWISTED,
...and it burns, burns, burns, like the worse case of indigestion and it just won't go away...the poor Libs, they just can't take it when things are going in a good direction.
bluesslinger 7/18/2012 8:04:17 AM Report"Apperently there are some grumblers out there that are upset Jordan Nolan is not bringing the Cup to Sault Ste Marie and only to Garden River."
No!
I'm shocked...
Right Winger 7/18/2012 8:20:34 AM ReportAt what?
flyhawk25 7/18/2012 8:58:26 AM ReportHa!
Must be an early start for the neo-con Harper Lovefest.
To hold Tony Clement up as doing anything but throw our tax money away is nuts.
The guy is a World Class Weasel.
Of course if you live in his riding you'll invite him for tea and hope he brings his check book filled with our money.
Then again I suppose it should give us hope. Once our guy here figures out where the keys to the company safe are we should also benefit from the Harper generosity.
But first he has to learn to schmooze the Boss. Right after he learns how to tie his shoes.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 9:01:42 AM ReportAt least our current guy has access to the PM's shoes as opposed to our old guy who didn't get to see them from his seat in the back row across the floor;)
tWISTED lOGIC 7/18/2012 9:54:00 AM ReportFurther to what Right Winger said, we now have a mayor who has a good working relationship with our guy in Ottawa who is on the government side of the house AND the guy in Toronto who is on the goverment side of the house.
The three of them get along, talk to one another and work together for the good of Sault Ste. Marie and area.
Once we get past the need for austerity and balancing the books and it's time to spend a little money again, I guaran-damn-tee ya that we will be "on the radar" and "in the loop"
The Dippers and their labour cronies must just hate this ... HATE IT! All I can say is, too damn bad! Your day is done!
flyhawk25 7/18/2012 10:02:44 AM ReportRW...I think you're on to something.
You have coined the new Hayes' campaign slogan - 'Vote for Hayes. He has access to the PM's shoes.'
Perfect.
Well done.
What the heck. A political hack has to start somewhere.
In another term he might work his way up the Prime Ministeral anatomy. On the backside of course.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 10:06:25 AM ReportI am glad for that, but in my opinion our mayor shows a complete disrespect for her constituents. As I mentioned a while back, she hosted the Mayor's (of Sault Ste Marie Ont) golf tournament (at Sault Ste Marie Golf Club) to raise funds for the Untied Way of Sault Ste Marie Ontario. During the festivities she thought it appropriate to sport the Oaks in Kinchloe windshirt jacket. Really. I beleive she is a member there with which I really don't care, especially if she was a member before she was mayor. However don't show it off during your duties as mayor. And finally I have seen her at Glen's as well.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 10:08:41 AM ReportBetter than what should have been Tony's slogan:
Vote for Tony, even a Blind Chicken will eventually find a Kernal.
flyhawk25 7/18/2012 10:19:45 AM ReportRW...jeez Louise.
What's next? You going to start checking Mayor Debbie's underwear labels?
Does she know all the words to 'O Canada' in both official languages?
Does anyone besides you care?
Personally I don't care if she shops in Traverse City, plays golf in Petoskey, buys Old Milwaukee on sale or adopts a mountain lion.
Just comment on her job performance. Not her shopping habits.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 10:23:43 AM Reporthawk,
First off I have mentioned this fact to a few in town and almost all do care. Many business owners.
As well, its her job to represent and sell Sautl Ste Marie. How can she do this but not buy it herself?
JerryLundegard 7/18/2012 10:59:49 AM ReportSo Debbie would rather pay 8 bucks for the same size cheese that costs 17 dollars on the Canadian side? Good for her!
Dreamer 7/18/2012 11:12:31 AM ReportThat in it's self..shows Ms. Mayor is representing the city. Who wouldn't cross the ditch to save money? Jus sayin'.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 11:24:41 AM ReportHey, as a citizen I don't care where you shop, however if you are elected as mayor she should use a bit of discretion.
djjazz09 7/18/2012 11:25:12 AM ReportI was watching cbc news this morning about the shootings in the Toronto area this past weekend. The citizens are asking for solutions and answers to this horrific shooting. The police are asking for help from the public or any witnesses who were at the block party.
As it turns out people are too afraid to come forward to help with any information that they may have.
What makes me so mad is that they will keep their silence and do nothing to help and or prevent such an event from happening in the future or bring those who are responsible to justice.
These are the ones who will remain a part of the problem and allow such a tradgedy to continue.
It was mentioned in the news that people in this neighborhood take great pride in where they live and I say if this is the case, stand up and come forward and do it for those who died in this event.
Brianne 7/18/2012 11:43:42 AM Reportdjjazz
Picture this: you live next door to the person who was part of all this shooting.
You know he did it.......you know the goings on of this person..... the drugs....etc.
Tell me that you would actually go and testify against this person, knowing full well he is a gang member and everyone will know who you are......... they do not hide you when you testify ( which, in these circumstances, the courts should allow then maybe more people would come forward ). Say your testimony puts this gang member in jail for what he did ( remember "they" all know who you are now.......... do you think you'd make it home alive ?
Do you think that you wouldn't have to move to another city, away from your friends and neighbours. Get a new job, etc.etc.
I don't blame these people one bit. If those killers are that brave to kill that many people in daylight....... there is something horrifying to fear.
It would be a death wish to report to police what you know.
Brianne 7/18/2012 11:49:09 AM ReportAnother thing, the police know full well the gang activity. They need to step up and start taking them down. Instead they want the community to report them.
Get the gang task force out there and start watching these people and doing something about them.
The laws need to tighten up about these gangs . You can't tell me, the police, detectives don't know about them.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 11:53:38 AM ReportPerhaps they are young offenders that will only get a slap on the wrist and will be back in a few months.
Why don't you use your real name on here DJ?
AceOfBass 7/18/2012 12:41:52 PM ReportWhere was the Ratepayers Association on the Allen Side Road issue? Ratepayers signed a petition to have the speed limit lowered to 40 Kph.
This should have gone to a vote of council.
Councillor Manzo and Kompotich needed the assistance of the Ratepayers Association and they dropped that ball on this issue.
This is where working with City Staff and not the elected officials does not work.
City Staff are not elected. The Ratepayers should have been working with the two elected Councillors. The democratic process failed here as this should have been a vote of council.
Where was the leadership of our mayor who should have called for a vote of council.
Where were all the other Councillors ?Anyone of them could have called for a vote, not one of these Councillors have shown any leadership.
asIseeit 7/18/2012 12:43:50 PM ReportJerryLundegard I agree it is nobody's business who spends where and on what.
Being retired and new online it irks me to see someone else dictating who can do what.
Girlie128 7/18/2012 12:49:05 PM ReportFirst off, RW...no one uses their real name here. Don't dig at DJ for doing what is his/her right.
I find it incredibly tacky that the mayor cross-border shops and supports golf clubs from Michigan... kinda like biting the hand that feeds you.
All my respect for the mayor went out the door when she was late for the Remembrance Day celebration just after her election (I know I carry a grudge for a long time. Sue me). Her excuse was that there was a mix up with the times. Please. Everyone knows the significance of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 12:53:59 PM ReportMy point is that dj is critisizing those who do not come out publicly against criminals yet is fine hiding behind an alias posting innocuous comments about everyday stuff.
Ernest Raymond 7/18/2012 12:57:01 PM ReportI'm surprised the Mayor isn't made an honourary member of every golf club in the city and given some club merchandise to wear on golf outings during her term of office.
Girlie128 7/18/2012 1:04:12 PM ReportThat's a great idea Earnest Raymond.
25miller 7/18/2012 1:12:42 PM ReportFour hunters have been fined a total of $5,560 for offences related to a moose that was illegally shot from an off-road vehicle..
These morons should never be able to hunt again..They need to get hard on these laws as well as others or it will just keep happening over and over again. As we read it every day..same offenders.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 1:18:06 PM ReportShould she also get free meals at all locally owned restaurants and free clothing from local clothiers? Like I said, I really don't care if she is a member accross the river if she was before, but there was absolutely no reason for her to sport that jacket at and event where she is there as the Mayor of Sault Ste Marie ON.
25miller 7/18/2012 1:30:01 PM ReportI think her bras are made in China as well
flyhawk25 7/18/2012 1:34:06 PM ReportLet it go for heaven's sake.
We live in an international city on a border with the US.
I have a golf jacket that has the maker's name on it.Great sport garment. If she were to wear one like it would you criticize her for subliminally looking for us to support 'Wilson'?
Criticize her record. Criticize her policies or the way she runs a meeting. Stop with the petty sniping.
Is it any wonder why so many people don't want to be politicians in this burg?
Right Winger 7/18/2012 1:45:44 PM Reporthawk,
Wilson is a brand of clothing. Completely different. Would you be ok if during a speech as mayor she spoke of how much she liked Antlers and Studabakers in Soo MI and remain silent about Soo Ontario eateries?
If she said the best burger you can get is at the Westside Cafe, and make sure you fill your car up at Admiral Petroleum before you head out of town.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 1:46:36 PM ReportHer policy is to support Soo Michigan and Chippewa county businesses with her own dollars. But please do as I say, but not as I do I guess.
flyhawk25 7/18/2012 1:51:30 PM ReportI give up.
Let's just throw her out next time for her lack of civic pride.
Hell.
If you want parochial politics elect Frank Manzo mayor. He'll make cross border shopping and recreation a hanging offense.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 1:54:46 PM Reporthawk, I didn't say the likes of you and I should not shop in Soo Mich. However if one of your responsiblities is to sell Sault Ste Marie to outsiders, shouldn't you yourself buy it, or at the very least not advertise for other places.
bluesslinger 7/18/2012 2:01:39 PM ReportHey Right Winger, I wasn't shocked at all - it was just a little sarcasm...
Right Winger 7/18/2012 2:08:27 PM ReportYou know what Hawk, here is what she should do.
The next time a store wants to locat to Soo ON she should tell them if they open in Soo Michigan they will get a ton of customers from Soo Canada. Make sure as well to tell them that the Gas is cheaper over there and the wages. With the new laws on duties they'd be foolish to open in Soo Canada. And while she is at it, tell them that she got her outfit from the JC Penny's right in Soo Michigan. But of course this should all be done at Freighter's restaurant overlooking the Soo Locks. It would make for a very nice sit down.
flyhawk25 7/18/2012 2:14:13 PM ReportRw...so to follow through on your rationale...should every candidate in every one of our elections answer this question?
'Have you ever shopped or vacationed in Michigan?
'Have you or any of your family bought goods in America in the last year that you/they could have bought in Canada?'
Since when did we give up our shopping choices when we run for office?
Imagine.
"I bought six beer at Glen's and it cost me the election."
Right Winger 7/18/2012 2:18:13 PM ReportNo hawk, you are missing the point. She IS the mayor of Sault Ste Marie ON, not running for it. I would find it hard to believe that an adult who is from Soo ON has not shopped in Soo MI. In fact I would believe it less than I believe that Clinton didn't inhale.
Nobody force her to be mayor. She chose that. With that should come the responsibilty of supporting ALL the constituents in your city, not just the ones that give you deals or are cheaper than Mayor Bosbus' constituents.
Nunavut 7/18/2012 2:18:46 PM ReportGive it a rest Right Winger.
Maybe the business owners on the Canadian side should be a bit more competitive in their pricing instead of lining their pockets.
Case in point gas in North Bay last weekend was 121.9 (earlier in that week it was 116.9)
Gas here was ten cents more. Even little old Elliot Lake was 5 cents cheaper than Sault Canada.
Greed of Canadian Sault businesses causes much of the cross border shopping.
25miller 7/18/2012 2:21:11 PM ReportIf you want parochial politics elect Frank Manzo mayor. He'll make cross border shopping and recreation a hanging offense.
I am all for this
Right Winger 7/18/2012 2:22:36 PM ReportNunavut,
Gas in Soo Michigan is higher than the state average, and 37 cents higher than the cheapest in the state. But it ok of them to be higher because they are lower than our side.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 2:25:02 PM ReportBusiness 101. Two ways to make money volume or pricing. If you don't have the volume you have to make it up with pricing. Again I am not faulting anyone other than the Mayor for shopping and spending dollars in Soo MI.
Tell me this people. When she runs for re-election and she speaks to the local business community, will she proudly share her spending habits in Soo Michigan and Chippewa County?
25miller 7/18/2012 2:27:32 PM ReportThe cost of doing business in Soo MI is 1/2 of what it is in Canada so how can they match prices over here in Canada????
If you want to save money on there unleaded beer..crap beef..crap chicken..crap pop crap gas to get less mileage go right ahead..I get what I pay for right here in Canada. But if you support Soo MI and shop there do not bitch about health care and pricing over here..
RLE 7/18/2012 2:32:10 PM ReportIf, every time I go over the river, I could collect a dollar for every vehicle I see with their Soo Ontario business logo on their vehicle, I would have enough to fill up my tank for free every third or fourth trip
Right Winger 7/18/2012 2:39:43 PM ReportI see them too. STUPID. How do you want a local person to support you if you don't support the local economy. Again, at the very least be smart enough to be discreet about it.
Wisenheimer 7/18/2012 2:53:36 PM ReportJust had a glass of ice cold American milk.
$2.99 a gal. A quart of the same at Metro is $2.69. Our Canadian cows are what's called "high maintenance".
Wisenheimer 7/18/2012 3:02:06 PM Report"We deserve more than what the Conservative Gov. is forcing upon us". Sound familiar ... sounds "Greek" to me.
Javaman 7/18/2012 3:02:18 PM ReportIt appears that this FLYHAWK dude cannot stand it when so many of you do not agree with him. If you read through the posts of the day, you will note that he gets more fiery as the day wares on.The teacher is NOT always right and should respect the opinions of others. If they think the mayor could be more "loyal" to our city...so be it.It is hardly and argueable point...its only OPINION.
KENNEDY919 7/18/2012 3:13:43 PM ReportAce of Bass
The Ratepayers Association should have nothing to do with the posted speed limits on our city streets and roads.
This Ratepayers Association is just another layer of redtape and bureauacracy. You question the democratic process at city council. I must of missed the held referendum establishing the Ratepayers Association as the voice of the citizen. The mayor and twelve aldermen were elected to represent the voice of the taxpayer. If they fail to do their job we have the opportunity to replace them next election. You do not want to shift the power from elected officials to self appointed associations representing their self initiated agendas.Soon such associations will be telling us who to vote for and who not to vote for.
JerryLundegard 7/18/2012 3:24:58 PM ReportI like how people are so proud of their community, that they think their beef, and their cheese, and chicken etc..etc..is better than anywhere else on earth...
Ernest Raymond 7/18/2012 3:26:09 PM ReportGirlie128: "That's a great idea Earnest Raymond." Thanks Girlie128 :)
Right Winger: "Should she also get free meals at all locally owned restaurants and free clothing from local clothiers?" Another great idea Right Winger! What else could locals give to our Mayor?
25miller 7/18/2012 3:31:15 PM ReportJerryLundegard ever notice the chicken is yellowish across the ditch??? corn feed and a lot of fat.Greasy chicken ..yuk
JerryLundegard 7/18/2012 3:32:07 PM Report@ernest Raymond
If she lost about 25 pounds I'd give her.......you know...a foot massage!
SuniDelight 7/18/2012 3:34:02 PM ReportShhhh Nunavut .. don't tell them that my gas is cheaper here in Elliot Lake.. they'll all show up!!
Right Winger 7/18/2012 3:38:17 PM ReportYes we can buy her a house and pay her PUC and taxes.
skipper dave 7/18/2012 3:41:55 PM ReportJavaman - That Fly Hawk dude that you demean is considered by a lot of us regulars to be an elder well respected statesmen on this blog. So dude pick your battles carefully!
Ernest Raymond 7/18/2012 3:46:48 PM ReportOkay, so far the Mayor should get:
- Local Golf Club Memberships
- Local Golf Club Merchandise
- Locally owned restaurant food
- Locally produced clothes
- A JLundegard foot massage
- An Official Residence (Utilities Incl.)
What else?
JerryLundegard 7/18/2012 3:51:46 PM Report@25 miller
The chickens at soo Michigan grocery stores are gross. Can't argue with that! The skin is so thick you can't eat it unless you deep fry it....Come to think of it, meat at Soo Michigan stores is of a low quality...no doubt. I never buy it unless its cooked already..but its not an "American" thing....lots of good quality meat in that gigantic country!
FYI...The highest quality steaks a restaurant can buy legally in Ontario, are available at Embers, downtown...I haven't had them there, but I know the product they buy, and it's top shelf!
Javaman 7/18/2012 4:00:46 PM Reportskipper dave...why does his opinion mean anymore than anyone else's? I made an observation and i stick by it.
25miller 7/18/2012 4:10:23 PM ReportThe whole convo was about Soo Mich.
cathyh 7/18/2012 4:12:21 PM ReportDid anyone of the posters on this site watch the live feed of the interrogation of Dr. Mazza by the committee set up to investigate ORNGE? Boy oh boy, talk about being thrown under the bus by politicians. The liberal gov't of Ontario should hang their collective heads in shame! Dr. Mazza should be proud of how he stood up to the bullies. The incompetence of the Liberal gov't on the ORNGE issue could not be hidden by their henchmen/women. Instead it made their incompetence more visible.
djjazz09 7/18/2012 4:16:55 PM ReportOkay RW lighten up man. It is everybody's duty to report what they know about any illegal activity that they might see. I don't give a damn about who committed the shooting but you can bet that I would come forward and give up any information that I have.
I don't care if it is some gang member or some 2 bit punk ripping off a convenient store.
Let me point out that I come from the old school way of doing things, where doing the right thing is always the best policy, just like being honest is the best policy.
I have gone through the school of hard knocks and am not in the least bit intimidated by anyone.
I can and have stood up for myself without any help from anyone.
You don't know me or have walked in my shoes and until you do please keep your comments to your self in the future.
JerryLundegard 7/18/2012 4:19:27 PM ReportNo, the convo was me poking fun at people who live in a box, and think all the best things come from THEIR little speck of the earth.
djjazz09 7/18/2012 4:20:06 PM ReportAnd RW why is it so important to you to that I use my real name????
JerryLundegard 7/18/2012 4:32:52 PM Report@javaman
Unfortunately, some of the older, stubborn folks on here, have not grasped onto what the Internet is, and they feel an ownership of some sort, of this forum. It's strange.
Right Winger 7/18/2012 4:52:46 PM ReportDJ,
Because you want people to come forward in a murder investigation risking their own and family's safety. You don't even use your own name making comments about general topics.
theprotector 7/18/2012 5:02:45 PM Reportwise you shouldnt talk about the mayor that way.
theprotector 7/18/2012 5:03:14 PM Reportniner
djjazz09 7/18/2012 5:07:08 PM ReportWell I can say the samething about you..Have you used your real name on this site at any time???
I am not forcing anyone to come forward. In good conscience people should do the right thing if they want to ever feel safe in their neighborhoods. If not then the problem will not go away and the criminals have a strangle hold over them.
Be a part of the solution and not part of the problem. I have heard stories in the news where ordinary citizens have empowered themselves to rid their neighborhoods of any bad elements and take back control of their lives.
The only thing they fear is fear itself.
Grump 7/18/2012 5:10:24 PM ReportJerry and some new folks on here have not grasped that there are older ,wiser folks on here that deserve a good deal of respect for their opinions. These opinions have been formed over a lifetime of education and experience. I am fully aware of Fly's credentials but I don't know yours. That said you don't seem to be starting off all that well.
theprotector 7/18/2012 5:38:46 PM Reportjerry you sound like an ad for the local choke and puke! Really why promote the place and their meat if you have no connection to them? Pretty lame attempt at a plug!
tWISTED lOGIC 7/18/2012 6:08:07 PM ReportDippers are FUMING. Another victory for the Harper Government.
For the First Time, Canadians Now Richer Than Americans
The average Canadian household is worth about $40,000 more than their American counterparts
Stephen Marche traces the increasing wealth spread between the two countries to America's "struggles to find its way out of an intractable economic crisis and a political sine curve of hope and despair."
"The Canadian System is working," Marche writes, crediting Canada's cautious, fiscally conservative society. "The American system is not."
Let me repeat that for all you left leaning whinners. "THE CANADIAN SYSTEM IS WORKING! Study the words carefully. "Canada's cautious, fiscally CONSERVATIVE society!

statusquo 7/18/2012 6:53:17 PM ReportTwisted,
Canada is in good shape, fiscally and economically, compared to the rest of the industrialized world, primarily because it had it's fiscal house more or less in order before the collapse in 2008.
Much tighter bank regulations and fiscal restrains were in place long before Harper took office. Harper has inherited this windfall as much as Obama inherited that pile of crap that was left over from his predecessor.
Let's just hope he doesn't muck it up.
flyhawk25 7/18/2012 7:31:04 PM ReportSq...Exactly.
He's trying but so far so good.
If I thought for a minute that he cared about anything but getting re-elected I'd vote for him.
He doesn't.
And I won't.
theprotector 7/18/2012 8:30:38 PM ReportWhat is happening is that Harper is destablizing Canada's economic position. He is going to drive us directly into the path of a depression. He is creating hardship for all of Canada.
Oldie Goldie 7/18/2012 9:29:38 PM ReportHey all you Tony Clement lovers---Only he could change the map of Ontario and put Parry Sound in Northern Ontario so he could get some of the FEDNOR money that he took care of for his own area.

Oldie Goldie 7/18/2012 9:31:43 PM ReportPardon my mistake ---Tony Clement is an M.P. not an M.P.P.

How was the Bryan Hayes Lovefest?
Does he still have a cool haircut? Did he ever find the men's washroom in the House?
But enough silliness.
I just got his newest letter in the mail. I have not read it yet because I want to do justice to it.
However...I see he signed it 'Bryan Hayes - MP'. My memory may be failing but I don't ever remember one of our elected politicians adding either 'MP' or 'MPP' after his signature.
Help me on this.
Has it ever happened?
Should I consider that a bit...strange? Or am I just oversensitive like Right Wing was about Mayor Debbie's golf jacket?

tWISTED lOGIC 7/18/2012 10:25:56 PM ReportTo statusquo 7/18/2012 6:53:17 PM
"...Harper has inherited this windfall as much as Obama inherited that pile of crap that was left over from his predecessor..."
As I pointed out in a previous days post, that is just so totally and overwhelmingly incorrect!
Canada's Debt/GDP ratio was vastly higher under Chretien/Martin and has only come down under Harper. In fact Canada is now back to the same ratio as we had in the early 60's under Diefenbaker. Obama, on the other hand, inherited a Debt-GDP ratio of a very managable 75% from Bush and has driven it up over 100%. The US, under Obama, is now on credit watch while Canada under Harper, increases productivity, increases employment, increases wealth for average Canadians and decreases its deficit and soon, its debt.
Statusquo, you could not be more wrong!

"...Harper is destablizing Canada's economic position. He is going to drive us directly into the path of a depression. He is creating hardship for all of Canada..."
What piece of Dipper propaganda are you reading that from? That's total crap. Canadas' economics are the toast of the world right now! I was speaking to Minister Clement yesterday and everything is right on track.
Stop drinking the NDP koolaid and enjoy the prosperity!
djjazz09 7/18/2012 10:34:20 PM ReportWow RW you are a legend in your own mind.Carrying on any type of intelligent conversation is a waste of time and energy. flyhawk25 7/18/2012 10:35:32 PM Reportright wing...here we go again.
How about answering the questions about Hayes and never mind the mayor's record.
In the meantime I've got my calculator out and charging.
Tomorrow I'm going to add up Bryan's Cash Cow Sweepstakes and see who the big winners were.
tWISTED lOGIC 7/18/2012 10:45:57 PM ReportFlyhawk,
There's very little to add up right now because we're in a period of restraint. One of the things the Harper Government was elected to do was, cut, slash and burn and that's what they're doing. You don't get stuff under these circumstances, so don't bother adding.
What you are getting now are three people from three different levels of government, all connected to the front benches of the government side, working and planning TOGETHER for the betterment, down the road, of Sault Ste. Marie and area.
Patience.
